We are very excited to inform that the first PhD paper of our centre member Mr Amirhossein Asfia‘s (Deakin University) is featured in 3Dprint.com.

In this work led by our partner investigator Prof Tomas Kron (Deakin University), Mr Asfia explored the use of 3D printing technologies to produce patient-specific immobilisation devices for cancer treatment in collaboration with Dr James I. Novak (Deakin University), Dr Mazher I. Mohammed (Loughborough University) and our chief investigator Prof Bernard Rolfe (Deakin University).

Their review article entitled “A review of 3D printed patient specific immobilisation devices in radiotherapy” is published in Physics and Imaging in Radiation Oncology.
